Client Responsibilities

To support the safe and effective delivery of services, clients and their representatives agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding health conditions and care requirements.
• Notify Myrella Home Care promptly of any changes in health status, medications, emergency contacts, address, or service needs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and smoke-free environment during service visits.
• Ensure that pets are appropriately controlled during caregiver visits.
• Treat caregivers and staff with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
• Comply with agreed-upon payment obligations and service arrangements.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

Emergency Situations

Myrella Home Care does not provide emergency medical services and should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency care.

In the event of a medical emergency, clients, family members, caregivers, or representatives should immediately contact 911 or seek emergency medical assistance.

If a caregiver reasonably believes a client is experiencing a medical emergency, the caregiver may contact emergency services and notify designated emergency contacts.

Safe Working Environment

Myrella Home Care is committed to providing a safe workplace for its employees, contractors, and representatives.

We reserve the right to suspend, reschedule, or terminate services where a caregiver encounters:

• Threatening, abusive, violent, or harassing behavior;
• Unsafe or unsanitary conditions;

• Any condition that may place the caregiver, client, or others at risk.

Service may resume only after safety concerns have been adequately addressed.
