Open positions
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Provide personal care, medication reminders, and companionship to clients in their own homes. PSW certification required.
Caregiver
Provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and day-to-day support to older adults living at home.

User-friendly digital tools that simplify shift logs, care notes, and daily compliance for on-the-go caregivers.
Multilingual support
Caregivers can navigate the app in their preferred language, including English, French, Spanish, and more, for quicker understanding, easier communication, and a smoother workflow.

See upcoming and ongoing shifts, clock in and out right from the dashboard, and get quick insights into the day's tasks and client details, even offline.
Shift status & calendar updates
View assigned, open, available, and meeting schedules in one calendar, and manage availability without calling the office.
My clients & my profile
Quickly view client details, addresses, and emergency contacts, and keep profile and agency details up to date.
Available shifts & ad-hoc scheduling
Accept or decline open shifts as they're posted, and manage one-time schedules with assigned clients directly from the app.

How quickly can care begin once I apply?
Most CarePros complete onboarding and are matched with their first client within one to two weeks of a completed application.
What training is required before my first shift?
All CarePros complete orientation, safety training, and role-specific modules through our CarePro eLearning platform before their first assignment.
Can I set my own availability?
Yes. You choose the shifts and clients that fit your schedule, and can adjust availability through the caregiver app at any time.
Is mileage or travel time compensated?
Travel between client visits and mileage are compensated according to your role and region. Details are confirmed during onboarding.
