Our Commitment
Myrella Home Care is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the standard set out under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What We Have Done
This site has been built and tested for keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus indicators on every interactive control, text alternatives for images, labelled controls for screen readers, colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds, a layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Known Limitations
Our booking calendar, contact form and chat assistant are supplied by a third party and embedded into this site. We do not control their code and cannot guarantee they meet the same standard. If any of them prevents you from reaching us, please call or email and we will help you directly.
